I understand visiting a new stylist can feel a little scary or intimidating when you're not sure what to expect.

I've prepared some information for you to help put your mind at ease, and make your first visit as comfortable as possible.


Appointment Notifications

You will receive a confirmation text message 72 hours before your appointment, and one more reminder text 24 hours before your appointment.

Personalize Your Experience

You will receive text message one hour before your appointment with a link to a survey that allows you to tailor your salon experience for the day. The survey takes one minute or less to complete and is entirely optional.

Limited parking spaces are available directly in front of the salon and on the street. The Old Town parking garage is also conveniently located directly across the street for more available free parking.

For your first visit, I will meet you in the lobby to guide you up to my suite.

Before Your Visit


Dress For Success

I want you to feel relaxed during your appointment, so I recommend dressing comfortably when possible. Try to avoid wearing bulky necklines and high collars such as hoodies or turtlenecks.

Please keep in mind that your stylist will not be held responsible for the reimbursement or replacement of clothing that is damaged by any salon chemical products. Rarely does this happen, but there is a possibility. My capes have hand slots, so your hands can be free while keeping your arms inside the cape. 

Dry, Styled Hair

Whether you air dry or tease it to heaven, I suggest coming to your first visit wearing your hair how you typically like to style it. Seeing your hair dry & styled helps me to choose the best techniques & looks that will enhance & fit your lifestyle. I also recommend planning your wash day 1-2 days before your appointment, as color takes best to clean hair.


Cancellation & Rescheduling

To provide the best possible scheduling options to all guests, 24 hours advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice, or failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee. 

No Shows

"No Shows" or appointments missed without any given notices will be responsible for 50% of the missed appointment. This will be charged to the card on file, or due prior to rebooking. 


I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, color, or extensions, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct any reasonable issue at no additional charge.
